Our Story
Stepping Stones Academy was birthed out of the ministry of Nations Church because we believe that, now more than ever, families could use someone in their corner working with them to help their children grow and flourish. Our commitment to providing excellent care and instruction reflects that we understand that choosing a facility where your child will spend their earliest years is not a decision you take lightly. We’ve hired high quality teachers and staff who will provide the best care and instruction available and renovated our Early Learning wing to create a first-class environment where kids can explore, learn, and grow according to their stage of development.

At Stepping Stones Academy we truly believe that children grow and develop best when they are surrounded by a network of adults who know them personally and can rise to the occasion of meeting whatever needs your child faces at this early stage of life. This includes taking into account not only the intellectual and developmental needs of your child, but their emotional, relational, and spiritual needs as well. This holistic approach to child and family development is a fundamental belief held by each of our staff and motivates us to not just meet the needs of the children in our care but also the needs of the entire family.
This means that when you drop off or pick up your child not only can you expect a friendly face updating you on how your child is doing, but a check in to see how you are doing as well. Parenting is tough, especially when juggling all the things that make quality child care such a priority, and we never want you to feel like you have to go at it alone!
